Refund & Cancellation Policy

Research Pro is free during Preview. Billing, checkout and paid subscriptions are disabled, so there is currently no charge to refund. This policy will apply only if paid plans are introduced later.

1. Canceling a subscription

Once live subscriptions are available, you may cancel at any time through the customer portal linked from your purchase email or product account area. Unless a refund is approved or applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

2. Initial purchase refunds

You may request a full refund of your first Image Collector Pro subscription charge within 14 calendar days of purchase. Please include the purchase email and a short description of the issue so we can locate the transaction and improve the product.

3. Renewal refunds

If you did not intend to renew, contact us within 7 calendar days of the renewal charge. We will normally approve the first timely renewal request, provided the subscription has not been materially used after renewal. Later or repeated renewal refund requests are considered individually.

4. How to request a refund

  1. Email ccguangyao@gmail.com from the address used for purchase.
  2. Include the order or invoice identifier and the reason for your request.
  3. We aim to acknowledge support and refund requests within three business days.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The payment provider and your bank control final posting time; card refunds commonly take 5–10 business days after processing. Regional or payment-method restrictions may apply.

6. Exceptions and statutory rights

We may decline requests involving fraud, abuse, chargeback manipulation or substantial use outside the periods above. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. The Merchant of Record may also issue a refund where required for compliance, fraud prevention or dispute resolution.

7. Free plan

The Free plan has no purchase price and therefore no refundable charge.
